WILLIAM J. MCCUBBIN SELECTED AS A

2003 BUSINESSMAN OF THE YEAR

 Washington, D.C. –NRCC Chairman, Congressman Tom Reynolds of New York, announced the selection of San Rafael Business Leader William J. McCubbin as a 2003 Businessman of the Year. 

     Mr. McCubbin was selected for involvement as a community and business leader in the San Rafael area, steadfast support for Republican ideals such as lower taxes and limited government and for generous support for the Republican Party.

      Mr. McCubbin will be formally recognized at an awards ceremony held at the 2004 Congressional Tax Summit in Washington D.C. on April 1, 2004 to honor these accomplishments.  President Bush, Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert and Congressional Republican leaders will be in attendance at the Spring Gala in Washington.
